Dark Room is an LP by The Angels from 1980 released on the Epic label.

About this album

Dark Room is a fierce, hook-driven hard rock album that cemented The Angels’ reputation as one of Australia’s hardest-working live bands. Released in 1980, it channels the group’s lean, forceful sound into a set built for impact, with standout cuts such as Face the Day, No Secrets and Poor Baby showing their blend of grit, melody and streetwise urgency. The album arrived during a peak period for Australian rock, when The Angels’ tough image and tightly coiled performances helped them stand apart from their peers. Dark Room remains one of their key releases, capturing the band’s balance of radio-ready hooks and uncompromising attack.
