We operate busy physical stores, so we’re not always able to answer the phone straight away. Email is usually the fastest way to reach us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
We don’t monitor messages on Instagram or Facebook.
Online Orders & Deliveries
For anything related to online purchases, shipping or deliveries, please email orders@dutchvinyl.com.au, this is the fastest way to get help.
Please include your order number and, if relevant, photos or a short video, along with a brief explanation of the issue. This helps us resolve enquiries as quickly as possible.
We know things sometimes go wrong, and we’re always happy to help sort them out. We do ask that all communication with our team remains respectful. Abusive, aggressive or threatening messages may not receive a response.

Weekends (both cities): You’re welcome to drop off your collection at either store. We’ll assess it and get back to you with an offer on Monday.
