Most of our buying is in and around Melbourne and Brisbane, but for the right collection – large, rare or particularly valuable – we travel across Victoria, Queensland and elsewhere in Australia.
If you have a substantial collection you’re considering selling, we can usually save you the time and hassle of selling record-by-record, and make you a fair offer for the lot.
When we travel for collections
We regularly consider travel for collections that are:
- Larger in size (for example, 200+ LPs or more)
- Heavy in desirable genres (jazz, soul, rock, punk, metal, electronic, global)
- Strong in rare titles, original pressings or audiophile reissues
- Part of an estate or lifelong collection with many high-quality records
If you’re not sure whether your collection is suitable, just ask – we’ll give you an honest answer.
How it works for interstate or regional sellers

Initial overview – You send us details of your collection: quantities, genres, artists, and ideally a list or photos.

Assessment – We review your information and may ask follow-up questions about condition, pressings and storage.

Visit or freight – If it looks like a good fit, we either arrange a home visit or discuss safe freight options.

Offer & payment – We make a fair offer based on what we can realistically resell, then pay quickly and arrange collection.

- Any lists (spreadsheet) or photos you’re comfortable sharing
- Whether you prefer us to visit or to ship the records
