Blondie - Parallel Lines
Parallel Lines moved Blondie beyond the New York club scene without smoothing away the band's character. Heart of Glass brought disco into the mix, while One Way or Another, Hanging on the Telephone and Sunday Girl kept the album rooted in concise pop and rock.
