Reach For The Sky is an LP by Sutherland Brothers, Quiver from 1976 released on the CBS label.
About this album
Reach For The Sky is a finely tuned soft rock album that shows the Sutherland Brothers and Quiver sharpening their melodic instincts into smooth, radio-friendly form. Released in 1975, it brought together polished harmonies, acoustic warmth and gentle rock arrangements at a point when the band’s most accessible songwriting was finding wider attention. The album is best known for Arms Of Mary, a major UK hit that helped define their commercial peak and gave the record enduring recognition. Its blend of pop sensibility and understated musicianship makes it a strong example of mid-70s British soft rock.
