REO Speedwagon – Good Trouble (VG+/VG+) – LP, AU 1982

Good Trouble is an LP by REO Speedwagon from 1982 released on the Epic label.

About this album

Good Trouble shows REO Speedwagon leaning further into glossy, radio-friendly pop rock without losing the melodic punch that made them arena favourites. Released in 1982, the album followed the enormous success of Hi Infidelity and kept the band firmly in the US mainstream, led by the hit single Keep the Fire Burnin’. Built on polished hooks, clean harmonies and tightly arranged guitar-driven songs, it reflects the band’s knack for turning hard rock energy into concise, memorable singles. For listeners drawn to early-80s AOR and chart-focused rock, Good Trouble is a strong example of REO Speedwagon’s commercial peak.
