Ween Vinyl Records

Ween is an American alternative rock and comedy rock band formed in New Hope, Pennsylvania in 1984 by Aaron Freeman (also known as Gene Ween) and Mickey Melchiondo (also known as Dean Ween). The band's style has shifted dramatically over the years, ranging from acoustic folk to heavy metal, and they are known for their eclectic mix of genres and their surreal and often humorous lyrics.

Ween's first studio album, GodWeenSatan: The Oneness, was released in 1990. It featured a variety of genres, including punk, funk, and heavy metal, and was met with critical acclaim. The band's most commercially successful album, Chocolate and Cheese, was released in 1994. It featured a more accessible sound and spawned the singles "Voodoo Lady", "Freedom of '76", and "Push th' Little Daisies".

Ween's most acclaimed album is 1997's The Mollusk. The album features a more psychedelic and folk-influenced sound, and is home to the fan-favorite tracks "Ocean Man" and "Mutilated Lips". In 2003, the band released Quebec, which is considered by many to be their most accomplished album. It featured a heavier sound and showcased Ween's skill at blending genres, including folk, metal, and country.

One interesting fact about Ween is that the band has never released the same album twice. Each of their albums has a distinct sound and style, and Ween has often shifted their musical direction from one album to the next.
