Quintette du Hot Club de France was an influential jazz group that formed in France in 1934. The group was founded by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli and was known for its unique style of jazz which combined traditional jazz instruments with the guitar and violin.
The Quintette released a number of albums throughout its career, but their standout albums include Swing 39 (1939), Jazz In Paris: Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli (1951) and Jazz In Paris: Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli (1960).
