Leon Redbone was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist who was active from the 1970s to the early 2000s. His style was a blend of blues, ragtime, and jazz, and he was known for his signature Panama hat and sunglasses. Redbone released several albums throughout his career, including his 1975 debut album On the Track, 1977’s Double Time, and his final album From Branch to Branch in 2003. He was also featured on the soundtrack of the movie Beetlejuice, performing the classic “Dead Man’s Party”.

Some of his most popular songs include “Ain’t Misbehavin”, “My Walking Stick”, and “Shine On Harvest Moon”. He also appeared on many television shows, including Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, and The Muppet Show.
