2Pac (Tupac Shakur) was a legendary American rapper, actor, and activist. He was born in 1971 in New York City and raised in California. He started rapping in high school and released his debut album, 2Pacalypse Now, in 1991. It was followed by the critically acclaimed albums Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. (1993), Me Against the World (1995), and All Eyez on Me (1996).

2Pac’s standout albums and songs include “California Love”, “Hit ‘Em Up”, “Changes”, “Dear Mama”, “Keep Ya Head Up”, and “Ambitionz Az a Ridah”. His posthumous album, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, released in 1996, is also considered a classic.

An interesting fact about 2Pac is that he released 11 studio albums in his lifetime, and he was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.
