    About this album

The Wild Hunt is a striking breakthrough from The Tallest Man On Earth, sharpening Kristian Matsson’s ragged voice and fingerpicked guitar into one of the most distinctive folk records of its era. Released in 2010, the album builds on the intimacy of his early work while sounding bigger in emotional scale, with songs such as Burden Of Tomorrow, Love Is All and Kids On The Run showing his gift for turning small details into sweeping feeling. Its blend of traditional folk phrasing and restless, modern songwriting helped establish him as a major figure in contemporary indie folk.
