    About this album

Strange Spirits is a cult late-’70s album that blends pop rock, disco and funk with surprising confidence. Issued in 1979, Skatt Bros. carved out a brief but distinctive niche with a sound built for both radio sheen and club-ready momentum, setting them apart from many one-album curiosities of the era. The record’s reputation rests largely on “Walk The Night”, an underground favourite that has kept the album in circulation long after its original release. Across the set, glossy hooks, taut rhythms and a theatrical edge give the band a memorable place in the disco-rock crossover story.
