Wind Dance is an LP by Scott Cossu from 1981 released on the Windham Hill Records label.

About this album

Wind Dance is a serene early New Age jazz album that shows Scott Cossu balancing acoustic lyricism with gentle electronic colour. Issued in 1981, it sits at the point where jazz, ambient music and the emerging New Age movement began to overlap, making Cossu’s melodic approach feel both accessible and quietly exploratory. The record’s flowing, pastoral character and unforced sense of space helped define the more reflective side of the era’s instrumental music. For listeners drawn to contemplative fusion and finely shaped keyboard writing, Wind Dance remains a strong example of Cossu’s understated appeal.
