Sailor – Trouble (VG+/VG+) – LP, AU 1975

Trouble is an LP by Sailor from 1975 released on the Epic label.

About this album

Trouble is a smart, sharply melodic pop-rock album that shows Sailor turning theatrical flair into highly accessible songs. Released in 1975, it followed the band’s breakthrough with A Glass of Champagne and continued their knack for polished hooks, light-footed arrangements and cheeky lyrical detail. The record moves between breezy pop and artful novelty with songs such as Girl, Girls, Girls, Trouble in Hong Kong and Coconut, balancing wit with genuine craft. Sailor’s blend of glam-era sparkle and radio-friendly songwriting helped make them one of the more distinctive British pop groups of the mid-1970s.
