Peaches & Herb – 2 Hot! (VG/VG+) – LP, AU 1979

2 Hot! is an LP by Peaches & Herb from 1979 released on the Polydor label.

About this album

2 Hot! is the polished disco-soul album that turned Peaches & Herb into late-1970s chart fixtures. Released in 1978, it captured the duo at the point where their slick harmonies, upbeat rhythm section and radio-ready hooks aligned with the era’s dancefloor sound. Powered by the hit 'Shake Your Groove Thing' and the follow-up ballad 'Reunited', the album helped define their commercial peak and broadened their audience well beyond soul circles. Blending smooth romance with energetic club appeal, 2 Hot! shows why Peaches & Herb became one of the decade’s most successful crossover acts.
