About this album
All The Best! is a strong career-spanning overview of Paul McCartney’s post-Beatles pop craft. Issued in 1987, the compilation brings together major solo and Wings favourites such as Jet, Band on the Run, Coming Up, Ebony and Ivory, Say Say Say and Live and Let Die, showing how McCartney moved easily between rock anthems, tender ballads and polished radio hits. It also includes later singles like No More Lonely Nights and Once Upon a Long Ago, underlining his continued presence on the charts through the 1970s and 1980s. The set works as both a concise hits package and a reminder of McCartney’s remarkable range as a songwriter and performer.
