Linkin Park – Unshatter - Film Soundtrack (Live In São Paulo) (2xLP, Citrus Orange Vinyl)

Linkin Park’s Unshatter Film Soundtrack (Live in São Paulo) captures the band’s return in the wake of a seven-year hiatus, tied to the documentary Unshatter and its account of the group’s path from 2022 studio sessions to the November 15, 2024 launch of the From Zero era in São Paulo. Rather than a routine greatest-hits set, this soundtrack frames that comeback as a live document, mixing career-defining material with newer songs from the band’s latest chapter.

The set draws from a São Paulo performance and spans Linkin Park’s catalogue with real range, from early staples like “In the End” and “Papercut” to newer material including “The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is the Crown.” The inclusion of interludes from the film soundtrack helps it play less like a standard concert souvenir and more like a compact companion to the film’s narrative of reinvention and continuity.

What makes this release especially appealing is that it reportedly includes exclusive live recordings not heard in the film itself, giving the vinyl its own reason to exist beyond the screen version. For longtime listeners, it’s a focused snapshot of Linkin Park reconnecting with their audience; for newer fans, it works as a broad introduction to how the band’s older and newer songs now sit together on stage.
