All Things Must Pass is an LP by George Harrison from 1970 released on the Apple Records label.
About this album
All Things Must Pass is George Harrison’s defining solo album and one of rock’s great post-Beatles statements. Issued in 1970, the sprawling set announced Harrison as a major writer in his own right, with songs such as My Sweet Lord and What Is Life combining devotional feeling, melodic richness and hard-edged power. Produced with Phil Spector’s wall of sound approach, the album gave Harrison room to explore spiritual longing, reflection and liberation after years in the Beatles’ shadow. Its scale, ambition and chart success helped make it one of the most celebrated solo debuts of the era.
