About this album

20/20 shows George Benson moving confidently into glossy 1980s crossover territory, blending smooth jazz, contemporary R&B and funk with his trademark guitar finesse. Released in 1985, the album pairs polished production with Benson’s supple vocals and fluid playing, making it one of his most accessible late-career statements. It features “No One Emotion” and “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You”, the latter becoming one of his best-known songs and a major international hit in its own right. The record reflects the era’s sleek studio sound while keeping Benson’s melodic instincts and jazz roots front and centre.
