Dutch Tilders – Dutch Tilders (VG+/VG+) – LP, AU 1972

Dutch Tilders is an LP by Dutch Tilders from 1972 released on the Bootleg label.

About this album

Dutch Tilders is a strong showcase for one of Australia’s most distinctive bluesmen, balancing electric blues energy with country-blues tradition. Issued in 1972, the album draws on classic blues forms while highlighting Tilders’ plainspoken vocals and expressive guitar work, giving familiar material a direct, lived-in feel. Rather than chasing polish, it leans into authenticity and musical detail, from the rolling swing of standards to the rougher edges of harder blues numbers. For listeners interested in the Australian blues scene and early-1970s roots revival, it stands as an important statement of style and conviction.
