Dua Lipa – Live From Mexico (2xLP, live From Mexico, Black Ice Vinyl)

Dua Lipa's Live From Mexico captures the final stop of the Radical Optimism Tour, recorded across her sold-out shows at Mexico City's Estadio GNP Seguros. Rather than a routine greatest-hits run-through, it works as a document of a huge touring cycle that stretched to 92 shows across five continents and sold more than 1.75 million tickets. That scale comes through in the set itself, which balances newer Radical Optimism material with the big crossover singles that made Dua Lipa such a commanding live pop performer.

The strongest hook here is how the live arrangements refresh familiar songs. Source material points to fuller band dynamics and vocals pushed further forward, giving tracks a more immediate, onstage shape than their studio versions. The Mexico performances also preserve one of the tour's city-specific traditions: local covers and duets. In this case, Dua brings out Fher Olvera of Maná for “Oye Mi Amor,” a moment that roots the album in its setting rather than treating Mexico City as just another arena stop.

Across 21 tracks, the record pulls from different phases of her catalogue, moving from early breakthroughs to recent singles without feeling like a flat checklist. Songs such as “Levitating,” “Don’t Start Now” and “Houdini” underline how well her sleek dance-pop translates to a large-stage live band format. As a vinyl release, it also makes sense as a physical souvenir of a tour finale rather than just another stopgap live set.
