Touch Me In The Morning is an LP by Diana Ross from 1973 released on the Motown label.

About this album

Touch Me In The Morning finds Diana Ross refining her post-Supremes identity with polished, emotionally direct soul. Issued in 1973, the album is best known for its title track, a No. 1 pop single that became one of Ross’s signature solo hits and set the tone for the record’s elegant blend of vulnerability and control. Alongside contemporary material and reworked interpretations, the album shows Ross shaping adult-oriented soul with mainstream pop clarity, helped by production that keeps the focus on her expressive phrasing. It remains an important part of her early 1970s run as a solo star.
