Brandon Flowers – Thrasher

Brandon Flowers, frontman of the globally successful rock band The Killers, is back with his first solo album in over ten years. With “Trasher,” he presents his most personal album to date, which delves deeply into his roots, his family, and the stories of his home state of Utah.

The single “Plans” offers a first taste of the album. It was recorded alongside the rest of the album at the historic RCA Studio A in Nashville. The song combines Flowers’s distinctive storytelling with a warm, organic sound that blends Americana, country, and rock.

The album was produced by multiple Grammy Award winner Shawn Everett and Jonathan Rado. The recording sessions brought together some of Nashville’s most renowned studio musicians, who performed the songs live in the studio, creating a special sense of authenticity and immediacy.

With “Trasher,” Brandon Flowers reveals a new side of his artistic work and once again underscores his status as one of the most significant songwriters of his generation. The album combines intimate stories with timeless melodies.
