Bringing It All Back Home is an LP by Bob Dylan released on the CBS label.
About this album
Bringing It All Back Home is the album where Bob Dylan decisively widened the possibilities of modern folk and rock. Released in 1965, it split the difference between acoustic introspection and electric bite, with the opening side’s sharp, fast-talking songs led by Subterranean Homesick Blues and the second side’s haunting acoustic classics including Mr. Tambourine Man and It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue. Produced by Tom Wilson, the record marked a major artistic turn for Dylan and helped redefine what a major rock album could sound like: literate, restless and openly forward-looking. Its influence on folk rock and songwriter culture has only grown over time.
