Desolation Angels is an LP by Bad Company from 1979 released on the Swan Song label.
About this album
Desolation Angels shows Bad Company refining their hard rock sound with tighter hooks and a more melodic edge. Issued in 1979, the album was a late-1970s statement from a band already known for blending bluesy muscle with radio-ready songwriting. It includes Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy, one of their best-known late-period singles, alongside material that balances grit, tempo changes and polished harmony vocals. The record captured Bad Company adapting to a shifting rock landscape without abandoning the arena-size confidence that made them one of the era's most durable classic rock acts.
