Wu-Tang Clan

Wu-Tang Clan is an American hip hop collective formed in Staten Island, New York City in 1992. It is composed of nine core members known as RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa and Cappadonna. The group was initially formed by RZA and GZA, who had already been making music together since the late 1980s.

Their breakout album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), was released in 1993 and is considered one of the most influential hip hop albums of all time. Some of their most popular songs from this album include "C.R.E.A.M.", "Bring Da Ruckus" and "Protect Ya Neck".

The group has released numerous other albums over the years, including Wu-Tang Forever (1997), The W (2000), Iron Flag (2001) and 8 Diagrams (2007). They have also released a number of solo projects, including Method Man's Tical (1994), GZA's Liquid Swords (1995) and Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... (1995).

An interesting fact about the Wu-Tang Clan is that they are the first hip hop group to receive their own clothing line. The Wu-Tang brand is still popular today, with merchandise ranging from t-shirts to hats.
