Woody Allen began his musical career in the late 1960s, playing clarinet in jazz clubs throughout New York City. He released his first album, "Woody Allen and His New Orleans Jazz Band," in 1964. His most successful album, "Standup Comic," was released in 1969 and featured some of his most popular comedic monologues.
His most popular songs include "Let's Spend the Night Together," "My Baby Just Cares for Me," "Don't Take Your Love from Me," and "This Masquerade."
An interesting fact about Woody Allen is that he is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP). He has written over 100 songs, including the theme to his movie "Annie Hall."
