Wolf Alice Vinyl Records

Wolf Alice is an English alternative rock band from North London, formed in 2010. The band is composed of lead singer and guitarist Ellie Rowsell, guitarist Joff Oddie, bassist Theo Ellis and drummer Joel Amey.

Their debut album, My Love Is Cool, was released in 2015 to critical acclaim, earning them a Mercury Prize nomination. The album featured the singles "Moaning Lisa Smile" and "Giant Peach", both of which received significant airplay.

The band's second album, Visions of a Life, was released in 2017 and featured the singles "Yuk Foo" and "Don't Delete the Kisses". The album was nominated for the 2018 Mercury Prize, with the lead single "Don't Delete the Kisses" receiving the 2018 Ivor Novello Award for Best Contemporary Song.

The band's third album, Blue Weekend, was released in 2021 and was preceded by the singles "The Last Man on Earth", "Smile" and "No Time To Die".

An interesting fact about Wolf Alice is that the band is named after a short story by Angela Carter, which is based on the classic story of Little Red Riding Hood.
