The Jackson 5 Vinyl Records

The Jackson 5, originally known as the Jackson Brothers, were a popular American soul and R&B family music group from Gary, Indiana, consisting of brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael. The Jackson 5 were signed to Motown Records in 1969 and released their first album, "Diana Ross Presents the Jackson 5," in December of that same year. The album included the hit single "I Want You Back," which topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in January of 1970.

The Jackson 5 released several successful albums throughout the 70s, including "ABC" (1970), "Third Album" (1970), "Maybe Tomorrow" (1971), "Lookin' Through the Windows" (1972), and "Skywriter" (1973). Many of their singles became classics, including "ABC," "I'll Be There," and "Dancing Machine." They also released several successful holiday albums, including "The Jackson 5 Christmas Album" (1970) and "A Motown Christmas" (1973).

The Jackson 5 left Motown in 1975 and went on to produce several albums on the Epic label, including "Destiny" (1978) and "Triumph" (1980). In the 1980s, Michael Jackson became a global superstar with his solo career, while the Jackson 5's popularity waned.

An interesting fact about The Jackson 5 is that they were the first African American musical group to perform at the White House. They performed at a dinner for President Richard Nixon in 1970.
