The Heliocentrics Vinyl Records

The Heliocentrics is a British avant-garde music collective formed in London in 2005 by members of the Spacek, Masters at Work and Cinematic Orchestra. The collective is composed of musicians from various musical backgrounds, including jazz, hip-hop, funk, dub, psychedelic rock and African music.

The Heliocentrics' debut album Out There (2007) featured a unique blend of psychedelic rock, dub, jazz, funk and afrobeat. The album was critically acclaimed, and helped establish the collective as one of the most innovative and unique music groups of the decade.

Their second album, 13 Degrees of Reality (2010), featured more of the collective's trademark eclectic blend of styles, including jazz, hip-hop, dub, funk, psychedelia and soul. The album featured collaborations with famous musicians such as Mulatu Astatke, Dimlite and Jneiro Jarel.

The Heliocentrics' third album, Infinity of Now (2012), is their most ambitious project to date. The album was recorded in collaboration with renowned American producer Madlib and features a range of styles, from free jazz to funk and psychedelic rock.

The Heliocentrics have also released a series of 7-inch singles and EPs, as well as a collaboration with soul legend Lee Fields, My World (2013).

An interesting fact about The Heliocentrics is that their music has been featured in several films and television shows, including the Academy Award-nominated film Her (2013) and the hit television show Breaking Bad (2008-2013).
