Tangerine Dream is a German electronic music band formed in 1967 in West Berlin. The group is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of electronic music and is known for its unique and innovative sound. The core members of the band throughout its history have been Edgar Froese, Chris Franke, and Peter Baumann.
Tangerine Dream's most successful albums include 1975's Rubycon, 1976's Stratosfear, 1977's Encore, 1979's Force Majeure, and 1982's White Eagle.
