Suede Vinyl Records

Suede is an English rock band that formed in London in 1989. The band consists of vocalist and lyricist Brett Anderson, guitarist Richard Oakes, bassist Mat Osman, drummer Simon Gilbert, and keyboardist/guitarist Neil Codling.

Suede's debut album, Suede, released in 1993, is widely considered to be one of the best British albums of the decade and won the 1993 Mercury Music Prize. It was followed by the albums Dog Man Star (1994) and Coming Up (1996), which both went to number one on the UK Albums Chart. These albums featured the hit singles "Stay Together", "Trash" and "Beautiful Ones".

The band's fourth album, Head Music (1999), was the first to feature new guitarist Richard Oakes. The album spawned the singles "Electricity" and "She's in Fashion". The band's fifth album, A New Morning (2002), marked a return to the more traditional Britpop sound of the band's first two albums.

In 2013, Suede released their sixth album, Bloodsports. The album received positive reviews and was a commercial success, reaching number one in the UK Albums Chart.

Suede have had an impressive and influential career in the music industry, having achieved two number one albums and four Top 10 singles. An interesting fact about Suede is that the band's original drummer, Simon Gilbert, was replaced in 1997 after the release of Coming Up, but rejoined the band in 2010.
