Snarky Puppy is an American jazz-funk fusion collective from Denton, Texas, formed in 2004 by bassist Michael League. The band is a collective of nearly 40 musicians, known as "The Fam" or "The Snarky Family", who play together on stage and in the studio. The group's sound is a mix of jazz, funk, world music, and rock.

Some of their standout albums include We Like It Here (2014), Sylva (2015), and Immigrance (2019). They have also released live albums, such as Family Dinner – Volume One (2013), Family Dinner – Volume Two (2016), and Live at the Royal Albert Hall (2020).

Notable songs include "Lingus" (2014), "Shofukan" (2015), and "Bad Kids to the Back" (2019).

An interesting fact about Snarky Puppy is that they have won three Grammy Awards for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album: Sylva in 2016, Culcha Vulcha in 2017, and Immigrance in 2020.
