Shania Twain is a Canadian country and pop singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the 1990s. Her career started when she released her self-titled debut album in 1993. The album included the hit singles "What Made You Say That" and "Dance with the One That Brought You".

Twain's third album, Come On Over, was released in 1997 and became one of the best-selling albums of all time. It included some of her biggest hits like "You're Still the One" and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman".

Twain's fourth album, Up!, was released in 2002 and it was her most successful album to date. It included the singles "I'm Gonna Getcha Good!" and "Forever and for Always".

Twain has won five Grammy Awards, 27 BMI Songwriter Awards, and numerous other awards throughout her career. She was also inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2011.
