Royal Blood is an English rock duo from Brighton, England, consisting of bassist and vocalist Mike Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher. Formed in 2013, the band signed a deal with Warner Bros. Records in 2013 and released their self-titled debut album the following year, which reached number one in the UK and was certified platinum in the UK and gold in the US.

Their standout albums include their debut album, Royal Blood (2014), and their second album, How Did We Get So Dark? (2017). Their debut album featured the singles "Out of the Black", "Figure It Out", and "Little Monster", all of which charted in the UK. Their second album featured the singles "Lights Out", "I Only Lie When I Love You", and "Hook, Line & Sinker", which were all charting hits in the UK.

An interesting fact about Royal Blood is that their music is heavily influenced by classic rock bands like Led Zeppelin, The White Stripes, and Queens of the Stone Age. They often incorporate elements of blues, punk, and alternative rock into their sound, giving it a unique, modern twist.
