Panic! At The Disco Vinyl Records
Panic! At The Disco is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 by childhood friends Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith and Brent Wilson. After Wilson left the band in 2006, the remaining members continued on as a trio.
The band's debut album, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (2005), became a success and was certified double platinum. The album featured the singles "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" and "Build God, Then We'll Talk", both of which charted on the Billboard Hot 100.
Their second album, Pretty. Odd. (2008), was a departure from the band's original sound, containing more of a baroque pop influence. It peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold. The album's lead single, "Nine in the Afternoon", was a top 20 hit.
The band's third album, Vices & Virtues (2011), featured a more return to their original style and spawned the hit single, "The Ballad of Mona Lisa". The fourth album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! (2013), marked a further evolution of the band's sound and produced the single "Miss Jackson".
Their fifth album, Death of a Bachelor (2016), featured the hit single "Hallelujah" and debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200. Their sixth album, Pray for the Wicked (2018), was released to critical acclaim and featured the singles "Say Amen (Saturday Night)" and "High Hopes".
An interesting fact about Panic! At The Disco is that their name is derived from a line in the song "Panic" by the band Name Taken.
