Nona Hendryx Vinyl Records

Nona Hendryx is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress who has been active since the late 1960s. She rose to prominence in the 1970s as a member of the funk/soul/R&B trio Labelle, along with Sarah Dash and Patti LaBelle. Hendryx has released eight solo albums and was a founding member of the group Wild Honey.

Hendryx's solo albums include Nona (1979), The Art of Defense (1983), The Heat (1985), Female Trouble (1991), Skin Diver (2003), Mutatis Mutandis (2009), and Sketches of a Journey (2017). Her most successful and popular songs are "B-Boys" (1979), "Transformation" (1983), "Why Should I Cry" (1985), "Keep It Confidential" (1991), and "I Sweat (Going Through the Motions)" (2003).

An interesting fact about Nona Hendryx is that she was one of the first female record producers in the music industry. She produced her own albums, as well as those of other artists, such as Toni Braxton's 1996 debut album, Toni Braxton.
