Miami Sound Machine Vinyl Records

Miami Sound Machine is a Latin music group, created by Emilio and Gloria Estefan in 1975. It was originally formed to be Gloria's backing band, and quickly became one of the most popular Latin music groups of the 1980s.

The group's most successful album is the 1985 release, Primitive Love. This album featured their smash hit single "Conga," which reached number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was nominated for a Grammy. Other standout singles from this album include "Bad Boy," "Words Get In the Way," and "Falling In Love (Uh-Oh)."

The group's other successful albums include the 1987 release, Let It Loose and 1989's Cuts Both Ways. Singles from these albums include "Rhythm Is Gonna Get You," "Anything For You," and "1-2-3."

An interesting fact about Miami Sound Machine is that their biggest hit "Conga" was written in 10 minutes. Emilio Estefan was inspired by the rhythm of the conga drums and wrote the song quickly. He then asked Gloria to write the lyrics, which she did in a matter of hours.
