Marc Hunter Vinyl Records

Marc Hunter was an Australian singer and songwriter who was the lead singer of the iconic rock band Dragon. Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Hunter moved to Australia with his family at a young age.

Dragon first rose to fame in the 1970s and 80s, with Hunter at the helm. Some of their most well-known songs include “April Sun in Cuba”, “Are You Old Enough?”, “Rain” and “Dreams of Ordinary Men”. Their standout albums include Oceania (1978) and Power and Passion (1983).

Hunter also released several solo albums, including Marc Hunter (1982), Dogface (1984) and Aquarius (1986).

An interesting fact about Hunter is that he was a talented painter and was even nominated for the Archibald Prize in 1975.
