Lone Justice Vinyl Records

Lone Justice was an American country-rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1982. The group was originally formed by vocalist Maria McKee and guitarist Ryan Hedgecock, and included keyboardist Marvin Etzioni and bassist Don Willens.

Lone Justice released their self-titled debut album in 1985 on Geffen Records. It featured the single “Ways to Be Wicked,” which charted on the Billboard Hot 100. The album was well received by critics, and was later included in Rolling Stone’s list of the “50 Essential Country Albums of the ‘80s.”

Their follow-up album Shelter (1986) featured the hit singles “Sweet, Sweet Baby (I’m Falling)” and “I Found Love.” It was their most successful album, reaching number 33 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Lone Justice released their third album, This World Is Not My Home, in 1989. While not as commercially successful as their previous album, it was still well-received by critics. The album featured the single “Shelter”, which was a minor hit.

In addition to their studio albums, Lone Justice also released several live albums and compilations.

An interesting fact about Lone Justice is that Maria McKee went on to have a successful solo career, with her single “Show Me Heaven” reaching number one in the UK Singles Chart in 1990.
