Level 42 Vinyl Records

Level 42 is an English pop, rock, and jazz fusion band that formed in the late 1970s in Isle of Wight, England. The original lineup consisted of vocalist and bassist Mark King, keyboardist Mike Lindup, guitarist Phil Gould, and drummer Boon Gould. The band rose to prominence in the 1980s and 1990s, scoring hits with singles such as "Lessons in Love", "Something About You", "Running in the Family", and "Love Games".

Level 42's most popular albums are Running in the Family (1987), Staring at the Sun (1988), and World Machine (1985). Their standout songs include "Love Games", "The Sun Goes Down (Living It Up)", "Hot Water", "Heaven in My Hands", and "Something About You".

An interesting fact about Level 42 is that they were the first band to use MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) technology live. They used MIDI to link all of their instruments together and to add synthesizers to their sound.
