Laid Back is a Danish electronic music duo formed in 1979 by Tim Stahl and John Guldberg. The duo has been influential in the development of the genres of house, ambient, and new wave music, and is best known for their 1983 single "White Horse".

The duo's most successful album is their 1983 release Keep Smiling, which featured the singles "High Society Girl" and "White Horse". Other standout albums from Laid Back include the 1982 album See You in the Lobby, which featured the singles "Don't Be Mean" and "Fly Away/Walking in the Sunshine", and the 1985 album Play It Straight, which featured the single "Bakerman".

An interesting fact about Laid Back is that they are one of the few successful electronic music acts to have achieved success in both Europe and the United States. They have also achieved success in Japan, with their single "White Horse" reaching number 1 on the Japanese singles chart.
