Jan Garbarek Vinyl Records

Jan Garbarek is a Norwegian saxophonist and composer. He is one of the most renowned European jazz musicians, having earned multiple awards and collaborated with some of the most iconic jazz, rock and classical musicians in the world.

Garbarek's career began in the late 1960s when he joined the George Russell Sextet. His first album as a leader, Afric Pepperbird, was released in 1970 and featured his trademark mix of jazz and folk music. In the 1970s, he joined Keith Jarrett's group and recorded a number of critically acclaimed albums, such as The Köln Concert and My Song.
