Gang of Youths Vinyl Records

Gang of Youths is an indie rock band from Sydney, Australia that formed in 2012. The band consists of frontman David Le’aupepe, Jung Kim on guitar, Donnie Borzestowski on drums, Max Dunn on bass, and Joji Malani on guitar.

The band has released two studio albums to date, Go Farther in Lightness in 2017 and MTV Unplugged: Live in Melbourne in 2018. Their 2017 album was their breakthrough album, reaching the top of the Australian music charts and receiving multiple awards, including four ARIA Music Awards for Best Rock Album, Best Group, Best Independent Release, and Engineer of the Year. It also received a nomination for the 2018 J Award for Australian Album of the Year.

The band’s standout songs include “Let Me Down Easy”, “The Deepest Sighs, The Frankest Shadows”, and “The Heart Is a Muscle”.

An interesting fact about the band is that they named themselves after the famous line from the movie A Knight's Tale, "In a world of men, you must be a Gang of Youths."
