Elvin Bishop Vinyl Records

Elvin Bishop is an American blues and rock musician who first gained fame as a guitarist and founding member of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band in the 1960s. He has been a solo artist since the 1970s, and has released several albums on the Alligator Records label. He is known for his blues guitar playing and singing, and for his songwriting, which often features humorous lyrics.

Some of Bishop's most well-known songs include “Fooled Around and Fell in Love”, “Struttin' My Stuff”, and “Travelin' Shoes”. His most successful album was 1975's Struttin' My Stuff, which featured the hit single “Fooled Around and Fell in Love”. Other standout albums include That's My Partner (1978), Big Fun (1982), and his most recent album, The Blues Rolls On (2013).

An interesting fact about Elvin Bishop is that he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015 as a member of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band.
