David Crosby

David Crosby is an American folk rock singer-songwriter and guitarist who co-founded two of the most influential rock bands of the 1960s and 1970s: the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN). He is also known for his solo work and collaborations with a wide range of artists, including Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Graham Nash, James Taylor, and many more.

David Crosby's most successful albums include his 1971 solo debut If I Could Only Remember My Name, which featured contributions from Young, Mitchell, and Nash, and the Byrds' 1968 album The Notorious Byrd Brothers, which reached #24 on the Billboard 200. He also had success with CSN's self-titled debut album in 1969, which peaked at #6, and 1972's Déjà Vu, which peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200 and featured the hit singles "Teach Your Children" and "Our House".

Some of David Crosby's most popular songs include "Almost Cut My Hair" and "Wooden Ships" from his solo album, "Eight Miles High" and "So You Want to Be a Rock 'n' Roll Star" from the Byrds, and "Just a Song Before I Go" and "Southern Cross" from CSN.

An interesting fact about David Crosby is that he was the first artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice: once as a solo artist and once as a member of the Byrds.
