Concertgebouworkest Vinyl Records

Concertgebouworkest, or the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, is a Dutch symphony orchestra based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was founded in 1888 and is considered to be one of the world’s leading orchestras. The orchestra has performed a variety of music from classical to modern, and it has released over 200 albums and has collaborated with world-renowned conductors and musicians.

Notable albums and songs include Mozart’s “Symphony No. 40 in G Minor, K. 550”, Mahler’s “Symphony No. 5 in C-Sharp Minor”, Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 9 in D Minor”, and Richard Strauss’ “Also Sprach Zarathustra”.

An interesting fact about the Concertgebouworkest is that it is the only orchestra to have its own record label, RCO Live. It has released more than 150 recordings on this label and has also made numerous live broadcasts of its concerts. The orchestra also has an active education program, which provides music education to children and young adults.
