C.W. Stoneking is an Australian blues musician and songwriter, who was born in 1975 in Katherine, Northern Territory. He has been playing music since the age of 12 and released his first album, King Hokum, in 2004. The album received critical acclaim and earned him a nomination for the ARIA Award for Best Blues & Roots Album in 2005.

Stoneking's music is a blend of traditional blues, rock and roll, and folk, often featuring storytelling lyrics and Stoneking's distinctive gravelly voice. His most successful albums include King Hokum (2004), Jungle Blues (2008), Gon' Boogaloo (2014), and Gon' Tell Somebody (2017). His standout songs include “The Zombie”, “The Love Me or Die”, “The Thing I Done”, and “Jungle Lullaby”.
