Buddy Miles Vinyl Records

Buddy Miles was an American rock drummer, vocalist and composer. He was a founding member of The Electric Flag, and was the drummer for Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys. He also worked with Carlos Santana and Mike Bloomfield, and recorded as a solo artist.

Miles released numerous solo albums, including his 1969 debut LP, "Memphis Train". His most successful solo album was 1971's "Buddy Miles Express", which featured the hit single "Them Changes". In 1972, he released the funk-rock album "Buddy Miles Live", which was the first live album to be released by a solo artist.

Miles was known for his high-energy performances and his unique fusion of rock, funk, and blues. He was also known for his mastery of the electric guitar and his experimentation with electronic instruments. He was also known for his larger-than-life stage presence, which often included him playing drums and singing simultaneously.

An interesting fact about Buddy Miles is that he was born in Omaha, Nebraska and was raised in California. He was an early proponent of funk music and was one of the first African-American rock drummers. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.
