Bread Vinyl Records

Bread is an American soft rock band from Los Angeles, California that formed in 1968. The band consisted of guitarist David Gates, bassist Jimmy Griffin, drummer Mike Botts, and keyboardist/vocalist Robb Royer. Bread is best known for their hit singles “Make It With You”, “Baby I’m-a Want You”, “Everything I Own”, and “If”, all of which reached the Top 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Bread's first album was 1969's Bread, which included the hit single “Dismal Day” and the number-one hit “Make It With You”. Their second album On the Waters, released in 1971, featured their other number-one hit “Baby I’m-a Want You”. The album Manna, released in 1972, included the hit singles “Mother Freedom” and “Aubrey”. Their fourth album, Guitar Man, released in 1972, included the hit single “Everything I Own”. Their fifth and final album, Lost Without Your Love, released in 1976, included the hit single “If”.

An interesting fact about Bread is that they have sold over 50 million records worldwide and have been inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
